- Funky Doubles with consolation. - B, C and D flights with consolation for Men's and Women's Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles. - 3 x 21 points system for all events. |
| Prizes: |
- First place team in Funky Doubles will receive $150. - Runner up team in Funky Doubles will receive $50. - First place winners and runner ups in B, C and D flights will receive prizes. - First place winners in consolation will receive prizes. |
| Shuttlecocks: |
- One shuttlecock will be provided for every match. - Additional shuttlecock must be supplied by the competitors or can be purchased at the tournament desk. |
| T-shirts: |
- Players participating in at least 2 events will receive a free Sun God T-shirt. - Additional T-shirts will also be available for $10 at the tournament desk. |
| Food: | - Campus restaurants are available nearby. |
| Entry: |
- First event is $20, second event $15, and third event $10. Maximum 3
events per player. - Each event will be capped at 32 teams per event to ensure that the tournament runs on time. - Due date: Sunday, May 17, 2009 at 11:59PM. - Late entries due date: Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at 11:59PM. - Late entries fee is $10.00 and must be paid at the tournament desk. - Please pay by cash or check payable to UCSD Badminton at the tournament desk on Saturday, May 23, 2009. - For Funky Doubles, A level players cannot be partners. All other combinations of skill levels are allowed. |
